Evil security guard

Another odd dream I had last night.

Here's what I remembered about the dream: I was driving around in a parking how to figure out direction (I am pretty sure that I wasn't struggling to find an empty parking space).  My goal was trying to first find out where was the closet spot to the restaurant I was going to, and then tried to find a parking slot as close to that location as possible.  It was one of those building in Hong Kong which had multiple levels and each level was actually a saperate commercial venue.

At the back of my head, though, I was a bit wondered if this parking lot really serves the customer for the restaurant I was going to.

Then a security guard stopped me, and asked me go alone with him.  I was thinking like I might be getting into some sort of trouble.   That security guard asked me to fill up some forms, and eventually told me this "what if I told you that we were going to sue you?"

I was, of course, horrified when I heard that, and that was about the time I woke.

Once again, I don't understand why I had that kind of dream.  But at the back of my head, I felt like this is a sensation I am familiar with.  More and more we found ourselves living in gray area in this society because those who have power continue to push laws that favorite people who have power and money.  Eventually, done something "illegal" becomes a norm because the laws are so restrict that it's impossible to live a normal life without violating some of the laws.  Now those who have power can take the moral high ground and prosecute whoever they don't like in the name of "justice".

I wonder why I have all these concerns.

Auto Accident: the dream

I had a dream about being in an auto accident again last night.  This time I was the passenger sitting as a pessenger in a race-car-like car driven by unknown teenager girl.  That girl managed to drove the car off the freeway, and the car spin in 360 like a stunt, and eventually smashed on the ground.  I was ok but the girl was thrown out of the car, and yet she managed to stand up like nothing was happened, kept saying "oh no, oh shit ...".  And then a crowd started to form around our crashed car and .... I think that was about it.

See, everyone is safe is my dream.  Just good clean car smashing fun.

Post office

I went to post office to send 3 pages of letter size document stapled together.  I asked the man at counter how much it would cost, and he said 45 cents.  Nothing particularly special, except that he chuckled a bit.  Maybe to him it's pretty obvious that an envelope holding 3 pages of letter size document requires the postage of sending a regular letter: 45 cents, and I shouldn't have to wait a short line to figure that old.  Oh well.  Now I know.
