Yeah, I need a hair cut

I don't know how other people decide when to have hair cut.  To me, it's always when my hair starts to irritate my ears.  By that time, I usually already start looking like a hobo.  In other words, I don't pay attention to my look until it reaches the "horrible" level.

So, today, I had a hair cut.
