Loss track of spending in Hong Kong

Because of my busy schedule in Hong Kong, I didn't get time to document every single purchase I made during my HK Trip. As the result, I was sort lost track on the amount of money I spent in Hong Kong. All I knew was that I kept taking cash out of my Hong Kong bank account, kept charging my credit card and my ATM card through PPS.
