Superman: Secret Identity - Best American comics book I've read for a long while
If you haven't read "Superman: Secret Identity" yet. You owe yourself big time for missing a great piece of graphic novel literature. I learned about it from the podcast Totally RAD Show, and was totally amazed by well it's written and drawn. In fact, I need to find out more works from Kurt Busiek and Stuart Immonen and see if their individual work live up to the awesomeness of the collaboration in Secret Identity. This is definitely a gateway drug for those who are not a fan of US superhero comics. It's so well written that I was surprise by the fact that no movie deal was being negotiated about turning this series into a movie. Trust me, you'll enjoy as a good story, just like how Dark Knight won over tons of non superhero fans.
